Chris grew up in Santa Clara County (living in Sunnyvale and San Jose) and knows the entire Bay Area very well. He is a full time, Top Producing Realtor/Broker and has been licensed with the California Department of Real Estate since 1999. He enjoys working with Buyers and Sellers, helping them exceed their real estate goals. He is an extremely aggressive negotiator which leads to exceptional results. He is an innovative thinker and has some creative ways of adding a lot of value for his clients.
His Philosophy
Chris' philosophy centers around exceptional customer service. He prides himself on adding tremendous value to all his clients' transactions. He bends over backwards and goes the extra mile to make sure everyone receives more than they thought possible. He believes that taking the time to educate his clients benefits everyone involved and generates substantial results. He treats everyone ethically and fairly. His experience and strong negotiating skills allows him to get the absolute most for his clients.
